Integral Yoga Institute

Integral Yoga Institute Coimbatore has been serving the community since 1974 from its centrally located premises in R.S. Puram, Coimbatore. The Institute offers daily yoga classes for Beginner Levels I and II during morning, midday, and evening sessions, along with specialised programs in prenatal yoga, yoga for elders and children, yoga therapy, summer camps, and private or group sessions for institutions and corporate organisations. Its facilities include a library, bookstall, health food store, and a Nature Cure Centre that provides medical consultations, yoga therapy, massage, steam baths, and other natural treatments. The Institute also conducts part-time, full-time, and private teacher training courses in beginner-level yoga, prenatal yoga, yoga therapy, massage therapy, and yoga for children with special needs, in addition to periodic Raja Yoga programs. Workshops and retreats focusing on wellness, stress management, health management, counselling, pranayama, and healthy living are organised throughout the year. Guests can stay in one of five well-equipped rooms with attached bathrooms and participate in weekday Hatha Yoga classes, rejuvenation programs, detoxification therapies, skin and hair care, and massage treatments. The Institute also provides a supportive environment for spiritual seekers who wish to follow a path of service, as well as private guidance and counselling for individuals facing emotional, family, or personal challenges.
